Showings

We take a hands-on approach to showcasing your property. Unlike self-showing services, we ensure that only one of our on-staff, licensed real estate agents personally shows your rental property. You won’t need to rearrange your schedule or worry about unauthorized access—we handle everything professionally and securely.

Lease Signing & Move-In

Our licensed agent will assist the tenant in signing the lease documents electronically and ensure a smooth and professional move-in process. The tenant will also receive the Residential Lease Inventory and Condition Form, which thoroughly details the condition of the home.

You can relax—there’s no need for you to meet the tenant yourself. We handle everything, including providing the necessary lead-based paint disclosures and any required addendums. The lease, developed by the Texas Association of Realtors, is designed to protect the interests of both you and the tenant, giving you peace of mind that every detail is covered.

Inspections & Notices

Whether you’re a local owner or live out of town, there’s no need to personally visit the property—we’ve got it covered. Our team conducts regular inspections and provides detailed reports and photos documenting the condition of your rental property.

We also handle all tenant communications, ensuring that necessary notices are issued and properly documented in the tenant’s history. This includes late payment notices, breach of lease notifications, termination of occupancy notices (required before initiating eviction), property condition updates, and any other notices as needed. Rest assured, every detail is managed professionally and efficiently to protect your investment.
